Another band with the name "Scene". The group is hard to locate. The record label was from Walsall in the West Midlands maybe the band too? Two great self penned mod revival songs here on this record. I like it !

I think this was a 1980 release (not that makes any difference to how good it is) - great posts again!!
The band were from Dudley, West Midlands. I posted this one over a year ago. It was recorded in late '79 but released in mid-1980. Great platter!

I used to watch these guys every wednesday at a pub in Willenhall called The Neptune around 1980…they were eclipsed really by another local band called The Circles who were less inclined towards covers….Anyhow the photos on the cover were taken across from walsall art school about twenty yards from where Boy George and Martin Degville (sigue sigue sputnik) were living in a flat above a bathroom shop..
