London based band with Jimmy Pursey's little brother on vocals. Jimmy Pursey (of "Sham 69") also produced this killer platter. The a side is a good powerpopper and the b side is the best Sham 69 song they never written. Read more here.

A band from the Sheffield area. The a side is an O.K. powerpop song. But the b side is great white reggae/2 Tone track with the snottyness of "Judge Dread".

Two great Jo Broadberry numbers in the vain of "The Members". This record was also produced by Steve Lilliywhite. Jo Broadberry is well known from his band "Jo Broadbery & The Standouts".

Side b: Transcendal changing
This is their second singles and its a lame one. This is more Post punk than punk. Only one original member (David Francis) plays on this record. Read more here.

First single from the Vice Creems. They hailed from Aylesbury. Their second single "Danger love" was recorded with help from members of "The Clash" and "Gen X". Both songs are great powerpop numbers, but the b side is much better.

The b-side ist a clever cover version of the 60's hit from "The Monkeys". The title song is more a 60's inspired powerpop track. This is their first and last 7".

4th single from this great Mod revival band. The title track is a real winner.

First single of this band from Hastings. The title track is a cover version of an old "Troogs" hit and the b side is a self-penned number. Good and decent Mod revival.

This is the one and only longplayer of this Berlin based band. Later they released a single sung in german and a 10" record (ca. 1982/1983). The b side is well worth a listening. Read more here.

Second and last single from this Essex based band. Short after the release of this 7" the band call it a day. Two of the group members formed later "The Secret Affair".
